Smartmart opens first store


At 2:23 p.m. CST, Smartmart completed it's first order, after opening to the public just moments earlier.  Fuel pumps were brought online six weeks prior.  Original operating hours were from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., later opening at 7:00 a.m. after a short testing period.  The first item purchased was a simple bag of Peanut M&M's....
